Focus Groups are fun discussions where people share their thoughts and feelings about a topic. Groups may review new product ideas, discuss societal opinions, talk about products they love, help create new products, review advertising campaigns and much more. We also serve yummy snacks like morning & afternoon tea!
In-Depth Interviews are on-on-one chats about products or services in greater detail than is possible in a group. Sometimes we even go into participants homes to cook up a storm or talk about their herb garden. People seem to really enjoy these interviews because they are fun, convenient and are generously rewarded!
During a Product Test participants trial products and tell us what they think about them. Sometimes they even get to see a new product before anyone else knows about it! Products could include anything in a supermarket, pharmacy, bottle shop or take-away restaurant. You could be the one to tell the manufacturer how to make their product better!
Online Research is completed at a time and location of the participants choosing on their own computer. Online research is typically used when we need to collect information on consumer opinions and product usage but may also be used for gauging the potential for a new product idea early in its development.
During Shopper Research, we accompany participants on a shopping exercise at their local store. This could be a supermarket, department store, bottle shop, or pharmacy. The aim is to understand how consumers shop to enable stores to make the shopping experience easier and more enjoyable.
We recruit Australian and New Zealand consumers to participate in sessions researching anything from supermarket and pharmaceutical products to finacial services, government policy and charities.
